Built for executives, DX leads, and department heads at mid-sized companies, it covers department-level AI rollout, structuring of internal data, and redesign of operating workflows. Available from a six-month term at 500,000 yen per month.
Program 03 | An adoption blueprint to make the whole company AI-driven
Roll out AI department by department and build a company-wide, AI-driven operating model. Built for executive leadership and DX division heads at listed and large enterprises, it provides end-to-end support — from drafting a department-by-department adoption plan through phased implementation and connection to management KPIs. We support the transition from PoC to full engagement; pricing is by consultation.
