In-House AI Software

Products developed and operated by TechWorker Inc. Each product page shows what it is for and a sample you can explore.

CompanyMap AI

From three sources—interviews with the people who do the work, existing documents, and work records—AI builds a single workflow map showing who does what, the steps, and where decisions branch. People review the drafts and change proposals that AI produces and decide which steps to hand over to AI. Our implementation team supports the rollout on site.

UREKATA

Crowdfunding creators, D2C brands, and small manufacturers compare two or three pricing or messaging options before launch. A fixed panel of 100 synthetic personas shows which option each one chose and why. It is a simulation for narrowing down what to verify with real customers.

Message Message from the CEO and CTO

Kotaro Furuno

CEO / CTO / Representative Director, TechWorker Inc. @koutarou_furuno

Generative AI is advancing every single day. Yet very few companies are actually putting it to work in their operations.

The reason is simple. A company's operational knowledge, decision criteria, and unwritten rules—its "context"—are not organized in a form that AI can use.

We specialize in this "context engineering," and we have supported 45 companies and 2,500 professionals, including publicly listed enterprises.

We don't stop at introducing AI tools; we support you until AI is actually used in your daily work. We also develop and operate our own products: CompanyMap AI, in which AI builds a workflow map from three sources—interviews, documents, and work records—and UREKATA, which compares pricing and messaging options before launch.
Toshiyuki Yamamoto - Director, TechWorker
Director Director

Toshiyuki Yamamoto

Director, TechWorker Inc.
Founder of Chatwork / CEO of Power Angels / Representative Director of the Japan Angel Investors Association

I founded Chatwork, an IT tool, and set out to bring it to non-IT industries. In 2018 I handed the CEO role to my co-founder and younger brother, and the following year, in 2019, the company was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market (with a market cap of over ¥50 billion).

Through that experience, I became certain of one thing. No matter how excellent the technology is, it will never be used inside a company without someone to bridge it to the realities of frontline operations.

The same thing is now happening with generative AI, a new technology. TechWorker will serve as that bridge and drive AI adoption across Japanese enterprises.
