Generative AI is advancing every single day. Yet very few companies are actually putting it to work in their operations.

The reason is simple. A company's operational knowledge, decision criteria, and unwritten rules—its "context"—are not organized in a form that AI can use.

We specialize in this "context engineering," and we have supported 37 companies and 2,500 professionals, including publicly listed enterprises.

We are not a company that sells AI tools. Our work is to create the state in which your business itself is fundamentally transformed by AI.

Toshiyuki Yamamoto

Director, TechWorker Inc.
Founder of Chatwork / CEO of Power Angels / Representative Director of the Japan Angel Investors Association

I founded Chatwork, an IT tool, and set out to bring it to non-IT industries. In 2018 I handed the CEO role to my co-founder and younger brother, and the following year, in 2019, the company was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market (with a market cap of over ¥50 billion).

Through that experience, I became certain of one thing. No matter how excellent the technology is, it will never be used inside a company without someone to bridge it to the realities of frontline operations.

The same thing is now happening with generative AI, a new technology. TechWorker will serve as that bridge and drive AI adoption across Japanese enterprises.
